With a background in art history and engineering, Will is known for his breadth of knowledge, both aesthetic and technical.
Will started his career at Tekserve in 1995 where he founded the video department. On the side he edited underground video features as part of nuBright Solutions, a collective of artist/filmmakers populating the young internet with indie films. After teaching editing for the Ford Foundation in Africa, he worked at Oxygen Media as the Senior Engineer. Will co-founded Final Frame in 2001.
Will has been color grading independent films for the past 13 years. His credits include the 2010 and 2011 Oscar winning documentaries The Cove and Inside Job, as well as a number of Oscar nominees and festival award winners such as Obvious Child (Sundance 2014), Cutie and the Boxer (Academy Award Nominee 2014), Sleepwalk With Me(Best of Next!, Sundance 2013), Dinosaur 13 (Sundance 2014) and It Felt Like Love (Sundance 2013).
Sandy Patch

Originally from Maryland, Sandy began his career working on independent films in New York. After a few years of editing, Sandy joined the Final Frame team in 2005, where he graded festival-bound films and television series. In 2009 he moved to California and worked at Company 3 in Santa Monica, where he headed the company’s digital lab, wrote all of the department’s custom software and developed 3D workflows for films such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Transformers and Fright Night.
In 2012 his short documentary El Último Hielero (The Last Ice Merchant) premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and has since won numerous awards including Best Documentary Short at the Woodstock Film Festival, Woods Hole Film Festival and the Boston Independent Film Festival.
Sandy returned to Final Frame in 2011 where he now leads the engineering team.

Kate started in production on the advertising agency side, before moving to television production, followed by years of work in advertising post, and finally bringing it full circle as Senior Producer at Final Frame handling all aspects of your picture and audio post needs!
Kate has amassed credits for brands such as Ford, Maybelline, NBC Olympics, American Greetings, Samsung, and MTV. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Arts & Sciences, Kate is highly effective in creative thinking, interpersonal communication, and organization; as well as extremely adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with all colleagues and clients.
Liana Rosenberg

Liana Rosenberg joins the Final Frame production team as a Senior Producer! She previously held the roles of Head of Production at Sound Lounge, and Executive Producer at Hyperbolic Audio, managing production for artists on both commercial and longform projects. Her resume as a producer includes sound design, editorial and mixing for major campaigns and Super Bowl Spots for Pepsi, Bud Light, and E-Trade, as well as podcasts, film, new media and animated series for a wide range of networks including Nickelodeon, Netflix and AppleTV. With a background in VO Casting and as a SAG Signatory, she’ll also have some helpful tips when it comes to casting a voice for your next project, union/non-union rules, and talent fees. She holds a B.S. in Decision Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s Degree in Multicultural & Bilingual Education from Universidad de Alcalá in Madrid. Liana has a passion for long-distance running, yoga, dad jokes, and can’t wait to have a blast with you on your next project!

Liz has worked in all aspects of post production from supervision to offline, online and delivery. After several years of working with commercial clients such as Clinique, Chipotle and bareMinerals, Liz decided to move into the narrative field. Since then she has worked with clients such as Netflix, Hulu, and HBO. Liz has a wide variety of television supervision experience which include Emmy Award Winning show RAMY, Webby Award Winning show Some Good News with John Krasinski, Emmy Nominated show John Mulaney & The Sack Lunch Bunch, How To with John Wilson, and many more. Aside from narrative work Liz also produces remote edit platform operations as well as facility operations at Final Frame.
Daryl Lathon

Daryl Lathon is an accomplished actor, having worked professionally for over 20 years. He has performed with numerous theatre companies including The Shakespeare Theatre in D.C. and Theatre Virginia in Richmond, VA. In New York he has appeared in productions by Soho Rep, Red Bull Theatre, and The Mint Theatre. After receiving his MFA from VCU, Daryl moved to New York and continued his acting career. He also expanded into film production with PROACTIVE (PROfessional ACTors collectIVE). There he served as one of the executive producers of PROACTIVE 00:12:24:10 films. His responsibilities included writing, directing, or editing many of the 00:12:24:10 films. Through his PROACTIVE experience Daryl has developed into an accomplished filmmaker, receiving accolades for his work on a number of short films including President of the Fan Club, Anniversary Dinner, Sunshine, and the web series Clean Kill.

Stewart has been working in the business since 1995, first as an Assistant Director, then as a dailies colorist at PostWorks, before moving to Final Frame in 2008.
As senior colorist he has graded scores of film and television projects including the Oscar-nominated documentary Hell and Back Again, the 5 features by filmmakers Ricki Stern and Annie Sundberg including Knuckleball! and Joan Rivers: A Piece of Work, as well as Jim: The James Foley Story, Happy Valley, We Could Be King and Ivory Tower. He has finished television projects for HBO, OWN, ESPN, Discovery and many others, including A Crime to Remember, This is Life with Lisa Ling, The West and Homicide.
SJ Smith

SJ has been working in the New York City post production community since 2007. The University of Kansas graduate began her career as an editor and motion graphics artist with CBS News. At Technicolor-PostWorks (2008-2017), Smith expanded her skill set to encompass editorial finishing, color grading, and visual effects. After departing Technicolor-PostWorks, she spent two years in commercial visual effects, specializing in beauty work and creative look integration. She has applied her talents to projects ranging from Netflix, documentaries, independent features and commercials. Notable long format projects include The Big Sick, Strong Island, The Americans, The Jinx, and feature doc “Ailey” premiering at Sundance 2021.
She loves collaborating with directors to bring new life to their images. Harnessing a wide skill set, SJ often finds unconventional solutions to elevate a director’s vision and execute them effortlessly.
A student of the latest post technologies, she enjoys both the variety of her work and the opportunity to use post-production tools in creative and innovative ways. She is currently a Senior Colorist at Final Frame in New York.

Having spent his early career in audio production, Drew made the switch to video post production in 2011, joining Final Frame as an Online Editor. He has since overseen the conform and completion of a wide variety of films and television series, including Life Animated, Mavis!, Weiner, Obvious Child, and Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life. In 2016, Drew began working as a colorist, most recently grading Bravo’s Southern Charm. Currently, Drew also manages the online team and post production process at Final Frame, New York.

Kevin graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Film and Video Production with a focus in Cinematography. While in school Kevin completed a post production internship with Emmy Award winning Journalist Bill Kurtis at Kurtis Productions. Kevin spent time in Chicago shooting and editing independent films and documentaries where he was credited as additional camera for the official Sundance Film Festival entry “We’re Not Broke.” Kevin Moved to New York in 2012 where he started working as a camera assistant for fashion video shoots and worked at a local camera rental house. Kevin turned his attention back to post production when he joined the Final Frame team in 2015 as an online editor.

Originally from Monroe, New York, Ben graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2011 with a BFA in Film, with concentrations in screenwriting and editing. In his senior year, he was offered a position at Prime Focus as a Data Operator where he worked for the next five years. There, he was able to hone his skills as a technician and editor, doing QC work for IFC Films, A&E, and Criterion.
Ben is also a self-taught 2D Compositor, specializing particularly in beauty work, object removal, and rotoscoping. Since 2012, he has freelanced for major clients such as Beats by Dre and Lego.
Ben came to Final Frame in 2016, combining these technical and creative skills as a graphics and online editor. His recent credits include One Child Nation, which won the U.S. Documentary Grand Jury Prize at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, and The Neighbors’ Window, which won the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2020 Academy Awards.

Originally from the Midwest, Anthony moved to NYC to follow his passion for film. Since then he’s worked as a colorist for clients such as Complex Media, BBDO Studios, and Sappora, as well as independent filmmakers. He was first welcomed to the professional post world by Company 3 before moving to Final Frame. Here he handles conforms, color grading, and VFX, working hand in hand with clients and distribution platforms including Netflix, HBO, and Showtime.

Steve earned his BFA from Ithaca College’s Park School of Communications in 2006 and moved to NYC to work as an editor for The NewsMarket. He moved to Austin, TX in 2010 to produce video content for the SXSW Film Festival and worked as a freelance editor and colorist. In 2014 he earned a Film/Video MFA from MassArt, studying under avant-garde-master Saul Levine, and projecting for him at Boston Film Society. He worked as a film technician for Light Industry and DiJiFi in Brooklyn before being joining Final Frame in 2018. His found-footage films have screened all over the US, as well as Canada, Chile, Germany and Russia.
Soheil Khoshab

After graduating from film school in Tehran in 2007, Soheil worked in Iranian cinema as an assistant editor, colorist and editor on short films, feature films and documentaries collaborating frequently with Bahram Beyzai, a critically acclaimed Iranian filmmaker. His education was enhanced through participation in legendary filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami’s experimental film making workshop and earning a degree in art photography under the mentorship of Mehran Mohajer.
After moving to the United States in 2016 he started working as a film technician at DiJiFi in Brooklyn. He joined the Final Frame team in 2018 to scan archival film for Apollo 11 and is currently sharpening his skills in post production as an online editor and film technician.
When not at Final Frame he can be found doing photography on the street.
Mike Frank

Mike Frank has more than 20 years of experience in post audio and joined Final Frame in 2013. He graduated from Columbia College film school in Chicago in 1996 and in 2001 relocated to New York to pursue his audio career. After spending several years working as an award-winning theatrical sound designer, on-set production mixer, post sound editor, and re-recording mixer, he was hired to establish and manage the sound department at Final Frame. Since then, he has collaborated with Owner/CEO Will Cox to build multiple sound edit and mix rooms that include three home and theatrical Dolby Atmos mix stages equipped with Avid S6 consoles.
In addition to his technical skills, Mike brings a sense of creative exploration and a collaborative spirit to the work. He understands the level of commitment needed to achieve great results.
Mike has completed projects for Disney+, Netflix, HBO, PBS, Showtime, Nat Geo, and many others. He has worked on
award-winning projects that have premiered at film festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca, TIFF, and more. His commercial sound design credits include work for Nike, Walmart, Nokia, Pepsi, J&J, among others.
Annie Medlin

Annie Medlin is a sound mixer with an ecletic body of work in both the studio and the field. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, she is a BFA graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
After several years working on the sets of independent films, Annie made the switch to full-time post production audio mixing. With experience in the full workflow of audio recording and mixing, she brings a unique perspective to her mixes, both creatively and technically.
Her work has screened at festivals around the world, including Sundance, Tribeca, and SXSW. Her TV credits include work for HGTV, AMC, Showtime, and the History Channel.

Alex received an audio engineering degree from Indiana University, and in 2008 moved to NYC to pursue his first job in post production. His experience in audio runs the gamut, from working as a technician and engineer in music studios to independently editing and mixing short-form narrative work. From technical studio design to sound design, Alex brings a multi-faceted understanding of audio workflow with an open mind to always keep learning and discovering sonic unknowns.

Sanghee came from a rich background of live sound design for theatrical arts for off-Broadway shows before he moved into the post production world. He joined Final Frame in 2019 as a re-recording mixer and sound editor.
Since then, Sanghee has worked on numerous critically-acclaimed shows by award winning directors/producers for highly renowned Film/TV networks.
Some of his notable credits include the 2019 Emmy Nominated Fyre (Netflix Original), Siempre, Luis (HBO) and Into the Unknown: Making Frozen 2 (Disney+)
